During our primary conversation with new customers, almost all of them will ask the same question, can you send us your tempered glass model list? Actually, as the manufacturer of tempered glass screen protector, we are not limited by touch screen size or type or brands.
In China market, you might see 2 main types of suppliers who is capable to deliver tempered glass protector for you. One is the mobile phone accessory trader, who is dealing with many items such as phone case, wireless charger, Bluetooth speaker etc, as well as tempered glass mobile phone screen protector. This trader mostly is dealing with tempered glass for popular phone models like Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi which is demanded in big quantity. Most of them have a tempered glass model list, for model which is not on the list, they might be not able to handle it immediately.
The other type of supplier is the tempered glass manufacturer like Firstall Technology, which has our own engineering team and manufacturing facility, can be able to design and manufacture tempered glass for any size or shape screens. To design a new screen protector, we start with the design drawing. Once it’s confirmed by both sides, the new tooling will be created immediately. Then all the glass protector will be manufactured exactly followed the drawing.
Before we quote to customers, it’s necessary to know the exact phone model, so that we could know if the tooling is existed or not. The MOQ for no tooling phone is higher to cover the high tooling cost compared with the common popular phone model like IPhone or Samsung, which we could get the tooling everywhere.
